Marketing Officer specializing in social media and Content Writing in the Online Trading Industry, the role will involve creating and implementing effective marketing strategies that leverage social media platforms and compelling written content to promote the company’s Online Trading Services, products, and educational resources.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote the company’s Online Trading Services, products, and educational resources.
  • Mange and maintain the company’s social media channels, including platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
  • Create and curate engaging informative content related to Online Trading, market analysis, investment strategies, and industry news.
  • Monitor social media trends and discussions within the Online Trading community to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to align social media effects with the broader marketing campaigns and market insights.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on Online Trading Industry regulations, market trends, and trading platforms to ensure accurate and relevant content.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Required Skills:

  • Produce high-quality written content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, newsletters, email marketing, and educational materials, focusing on Online Trading and related topics.
  • Conduct thorough research on Online Trading Market trends, trading strategies, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, risk management, and other relevant subjects.
  • Write educational articles, guides, tutorials, and market analysis reports to help traders understand Online Trading concepts, improve their skills, and make informed trading decisions.
  • Collaborate traders, analysts, and marketing teams, to gather insights and develop content plans.
  • Optimize content for search engines/incorporate relevant keywords to enhance visibility/attract organic traffic.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, industry news, Online Trading market events and provide new content.
  • Monitor content performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement rates, and conversion rates, and make data-driven improvements.
  • Familiarity with email Marketing would be a great advantage.

2. Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in SEO techniques, key research skills, and content optimization.
  • Must have at least 2 years’ relevant experience in the Online Trading Industry or related field.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems (CMS) will be considered a plus.

  • Utilize a mix of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing.

2. Optimize Campaign Performance:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization strategies to enhance the performance of user acquisition channels.

3. Budget Management:

  • Manage the user acquisition budget efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor spending patterns and adjust allocations based on campaign performance.

4. Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to align user acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide insights and collaborate on creative assets to enhance campaign effectiveness.

5. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for user acquisition.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of user acquisition efforts.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to the leadership team.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience:

  • Proven experience as a User Acquisition Manager or in a similar role within the online trading or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrable success in driving user acquisition and revenue growth.

2. Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficient in using analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.

3. Communication:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
