Marketing Project & Operations Manager

Introduction:
We seek an experienced Marketing Project and Operations Manager to join our team and lead projects from the initial brainstorming and research phase to final delivery. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the project, including project planning, team management, and stakeholder management.
The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing activities of the company and ensuring that all campaigns are executed successfully. The ideal candidate will have experience leading cross-functional teams and an excellent eye for design and driving projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns from ideation to creation.
- Manage and prioritize the team’s tasks, making sure projects are delivered on time.
- A thinker and problem solver – can find the solution for the issues that arise along the project or task.
- Manage communication with the team and with other departments within the company.
- Own all company’s online assets – main website and other satellite sites.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials, including sales presentations, collateral, and case studies.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage and coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including landing pages, email templates, and social media assets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the forex industry
- Design experience and knowledge of word press are a must
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with solid project management skills
- Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus

BI Developer

Introduction:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer who will perform maintenance and improvements of DB and assist in analysing data and designing reports. This role will be reporting directly to the company BI manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- ETL development, deployment, optimisation, support, and defect fixes.
- Import, cleanse, transform, validate, and analyse data.
- Maintain, administer, and operate data warehouse and BI tools.
- Create and update manuals for end users.
- Perform SQL queries upon request.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting.
- Help in creating or altering visualisations and reports upon request.
- Support requests from other departments.
- Carry out further related duties assigned by the line manager.
Requirements:
- College degree
- Minimum 1-year experience in administering, managing, and tuning databases
- Minimum 1-year experience with SQL Server

PSP Assistant

Introduction:
Report to the PSP Manager, the Payments assistant role ensures that the CMTrading payments network can support our current customer needs and future growth in new markets.
The role also covers internal stakeholder management to enhance payment systems across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new payment methods and keeping good records of updated information via companies internal document management system with compliance overview.
- Work with internal stakeholders to successfully onboard and launch new providers.
- Be the main point of contact for sales team leaders for updated information on PSP limits and restrictions, along with assisting with any issues on technical payment issues.
- Monitor workflows (deposit/withdrawal process in internal system) and be responsible for investigating and resolving any discrepancies on time.
- Manage the business relationship with our Payment Providers
- Daily monitoring of financial institutions and payment providers’ balances and assessing any settlement or transfer that needs to be requested.
- Assist the PSP Manager in the preparation of analytical reports.
Requirements:
- We are looking for an energetic individual who can think outside the box. This position requires you to be able to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience liaising payment solution providers within Forex, iGaming or Gambling, or previously worked for a payment provider/payment institution (desirable)
- Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail – able to discern patterns and analyse significant amounts of data.
- Proven understanding of payment systems.
- Knowledge of integration and onboarding processes and requirements with payment solutions suppliers would be an advantage.
- Team player with the ability to corporate with multiple parties
- Proficient in Excel or Power BI would be an advantage.
