Regulation AND Licensing Information
CMTrading a trading broker approved by FSCA, South Africa’s main financial market regulator. Established in 1991 as the Financial Services Board, it is the only regulatory body for financial institutions in South Africa, covering banks, insurers, retirement funds, and trading brokers. Fewer than 100 brokers have gotten FSCA approvals to date, making it one of the most competitive licenses in Africa due to its strict regulatory conditions.
